Cybersecurity Risk Management Virtual Event Series: Part 1
This session will focus on the importance of international interoperability of cybersecurity standards and frameworks for policy, regulation, and legislative development. Through the adoption of a shared starting point for developing national cyber frameworks, countries can develop these policies and regulations in a way that allows for more seamless deployment and use of cybersecurity practices across countries. This helps businesses across sectors to offer the latest solutions to markets across the world and allows countries to more easily take advantage of the digitization of services across sectors. Additionally, this consistency better enables companies to integrate into security supply chains. In addition to discussing these themes at a high level, this session will highlight why ISO/IEC 27103 can serve as the shared starting point for cyber frameworks internationally.
